Dr. Ganesan Visvabharathy (“Dr. Vish”) is an engineer, entrepreneur, and enterprise builder whose career has centered on translating ambitious ideas into scalable businesses and long-term platforms. With an engineering foundation, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a PhD from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, he brings to Medini a combination of technical thinking, business strategy, and decades of entrepreneurial leadership.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Vish sets Medini’s long-range direction: moving precision medicine beyond a testing event toward an integrated ecosystem in which genomic insight, physician expertise, laboratories, health systems, payers, and connected data work together around the patient. His role is to keep Medini focused on the larger transformation—building the relationships, infrastructure, capital strategy, and institutional partnerships required to make Predictive, Preventive, Personalized care practical at scale.
Kavitha Premanand is a healthcare and life-sciences executive focused on strategy execution, enterprise operations, regulatory transformation, and operational excellence. She is also the Founder and CEO of Munis Healthcare Management Solutions, where her work centers on helping healthcare and life-sciences organizations translate complex strategic priorities into measurable operating outcomes.
As Interim President and Chief Strategic Operations Officer of Medini, Kavitha is responsible for converting the company’s vision into coordinated execution—aligning business strategy, leadership onboarding, physician and partner engagement, operating priorities, commercialization readiness, and the development of MediniPathway™. Her role connects the many disciplines behind Medini into one operating model, helping ensure that clinical ambition, technology, partnerships, and market strategy advance together with the discipline required to build a scalable precision-health enterprise.
Dr. Kirk Shepard is a board-certified allergist and immunologist with training in internal medicine, biomedical sciences, and healthcare administration and management. His clinical practice is grounded in personalized, patient-centered decision-making across immune-mediated and allergic disease, giving him a physician perspective that is especially relevant to Medini’s effort to make precision care useful in everyday clinical practice.
As Fractional Chief Medical Advisor, Dr. Shepard provides senior medical guidance across clinical governance, physician engagement, pathway development, and the responsible integration of genomic and diagnostic information into physician-directed care. His contribution helps ensure that Medini is designed around the realities of medicine rather than the assumptions of technology—strengthening the clinical trust and physician leadership required for MediniPathway™ to evolve as credible precision-care infrastructure.
Michael K. Massei is a diagnostics commercialization executive with nearly three decades of experience across clinical laboratories, in-vitro diagnostics, and healthcare markets, including leadership experience with Siemens Healthineers, Abbott Diagnostics, Sysmex America, Sebia, and the College of American Pathologists. As a certified Medical Technologist and commercial leader, he understands both the scientific realities of diagnostics and the market disciplines required for successful adoption.
As Fractional Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, Michael helps Medini translate its precision-care vision into a credible go-to-market strategy across physicians, laboratories, health systems, payers, and strategic partners. His role is central to ensuring that Medini builds not simply an innovative platform, but one that healthcare stakeholders can understand, trust, adopt, and scale.
Murali Viswanathan is a senior global finance, strategy, and general-management executive with more than two decades of experience helping complex organizations scale. His background includes leadership within Danfoss Power Solutions following the multibillion-dollar acquisition of Eaton’s Hydraulics business, responsibility for global services across Asia Pacific and India, and earlier involvement in the financial and operational development of Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialities Centre during its national expansion.
As Fractional Chief Revenue Advisor, Murali brings the economic architecture, commercial discipline, and governance needed to turn Medini’s healthcare vision into a sustainable enterprise. He helps connect revenue strategy, capital planning, financial discipline, partnership economics, and scalable operating models so that Medini can grow with institutional credibility while preserving the long-term ambition behind its precision-care platform.

Dr. Mohammed T. Hussain is a board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist with more than two decades of experience caring for patients with cancer, hematologic disorders, and complex chronic disease. His value to Medini comes from the point where precision medicine ultimately succeeds or fails: the physician’s ability to translate increasingly sophisticated diagnostic information into an appropriate decision for an individual patient.
As Clinical Advisor, Dr. Hussain brings a real-world specialist perspective to Medini’s clinical pathways, physician workflows, advisory network, and future practice-based pilots. His involvement helps ensure that Medini’s model is not merely scientifically compelling, but usable in complex clinical environments—reinforcing the company’s core principle that technology should support, not replace, independent physician judgment.
Dr. Satheesh Kathula is a board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist, clinical professor of medicine, physician leader, and Diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. His career brings together cancer care, medical education, prevention, community leadership, and a growing interest in how new technologies can strengthen healthcare delivery.
As Clinical Advisor, Dr. Kathula contributes a perspective that connects precision oncology with prevention and whole-patient care, helping Medini consider how genomic information, advanced diagnostics, screening, lifestyle factors, and longitudinal clinical context can work together rather than in isolation. His physician-leadership experience also strengthens Medini’s ability to engage broader clinical networks and develop a model of precision care that is credible to practicing physicians, scalable through education, and relevant across the patient journey.
Dr. Bobby Mukkamala is a board-certified otolaryngologist–head and neck surgeon and a nationally recognized physician leader whose work has extended from private clinical practice to major roles in organized medicine. He has served at the highest levels of the American Medical Association and is also board certified in lifestyle medicine, bringing a perspective that connects physician practice, prevention, public health, and health-system transformation.
As a Clinical Advisor to Medini, Dr. Mukkamala contributes a broad physician and system-level lens to the company’s precision-care vision—helping Medini think beyond the test itself to the realities of physician adoption, patient access, prevention, professional trust, and sustainable healthcare delivery. His involvement strengthens Medini’s ability to build with the perspective of practicing physicians and to position precision medicine as part of a larger transformation in how care is organized and delivered. His advisory role with Medini is independent of any external professional association or leadership position.
Dr. Radhika Chimata is a psychiatrist and addiction-medicine physician whose career spans clinical care, behavioral health leadership, and medical education. She serves in academic leadership as Clinical Dean at Windsor University School of Medicine and brings experience in addiction and behavioral-health settings, giving Medini an important perspective on the human factors that influence whether a care plan is understood, accepted, and sustained.
As Clinical Advisor, Dr. Chimata helps broaden Medini’s precision-care strategy beyond disease-specific diagnostics to include patient engagement, behavioral health, adherence, physician education, and whole-person care. Her contribution is especially valuable as Medini develops physician education and advisory programs: precision care will require not only better information, but clinicians who are equipped to interpret it, communicate it, and incorporate it responsibly into longitudinal patient care.
Dr. Radhakrishnan Ravikumar is an interventional radiologist and preventive-cardiology specialist with more than 35 years of clinical experience. His work has focused on cardiovascular risk detection, noninvasive imaging, preventive medicine, and integrated wellness, including a PhD centered on the early detection of atherosclerosis and advanced cardiovascular-imaging training at the University of Toronto.
As Clinical & Medical Advisor, Dr. Ravi brings to Medini a prevention-centered perspective that closely reflects the company’s Predictive, Preventive, Personalized philosophy. His contribution helps Medini think upstream—how risk can be recognized earlier, how diagnostic and clinical information can support more informed intervention, and how precision care can evolve from reacting to disease toward helping physicians manage risk over time.
Dr. Juby Jacob Nara is a globally experienced pharmaceutical and healthcare executive with more than 25 years across medical affairs, translational science, clinical strategy, and enterprise healthcare leadership, including senior roles associated with Sanofi, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis, Merck & Co., and Celltrion USA. Her career has consistently operated at the intersection of scientific evidence, medical strategy, and real-world healthcare delivery.
