Dr. Ganesan Visvabarathy

Founder and CEO

A pioneer in green technology and sustainable construction, he has championed net zero design standards and advanced the development of hundreds of eco-conscious multifamily, mixed-use, and resort projects. His thought leadership has been featured at major industry conferences, where he has inspired thousands of professionals. Dr. Vish chairs both the investment and executive committees at Hawthorne World, driving the company’s long-term strategy and innovation.

He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering (University of Madras), an MBA (IIM Ahmedabad), and a Ph.D. in Marketing and Finance (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign). Guided by a lifelong passion for sustainability, Dr. Vish continues to push the boundaries of innovation, integrating cutting-edge materials and technologies to create lasting, environmentally responsible communities.

Dr. Mohammed T.Hussain

Director of Clinical Research

Dr. Mohammed T. Hussain, MD is a board-certified Hematologist and Oncologist based in Naperville, Illinois, with more than two decades of experience in cancer care and blood disorders. He earned his medical degree from Osmania Medical College (NTR UHS) and completed his internal medicine training at Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Hussain is affiliated with multiple hospitals across the Chicago region, including Humboldt Park Health, Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center, and Advent GlenOaks Hospital (affiliated with the University of Illinois Chicago), where he directs hematology and oncology services. His clinical expertise spans a wide range of conditions, with particular focus on lung cancer, prostate cancer, and breast cancer, and he has contributed to phase 3 clinical trials as part of his commitment to advancing treatment options.

Beyond patient care, Dr. Hussain has held numerous leadership roles that shape oncology practice and education. He serves as Chief of Hematology and Oncology and Oncology Research Director at Insight Hospital Chicago, as well as Chairman of Hematology and Oncology and faculty member at Jackson Park Hospital. He is the Founder and President of CMMA, a physician organization with more than 550 members, and holds leadership positions with the Burhan Educational Academy. A past Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois, Dr. Hussain has been recognized with first place at the American College of Physicians’ annual abstract competition, underscoring his dedication to research and education. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, he combines compassionate care with academic rigor to improve outcomes for patients and the wider medical community.
